onemarkets Balanced Eastern Europe Fund este un fond multi-active. Subfondul urmareste sa ofere venituri pe termen lung si o apreciere a capitalului prin expunerea la titluri de creanta si la companii tip blue chip din tarile din Europa de Est. Sunt vizate companiile din aceasta regiune cu cele mai inalte standarde de calitate in mare parte, care sunt lideri in sectoarele lor. Sunt vizate trei sectoare:

  • Financiar: banci profitabile si administrate in mod conservator, cu accent pe rata de acoperire a lichiditatilor; banci cu plati stabile de dividende si o rentabilitate solida a capitalului; sectorul asigurarilor cu o rata combinata scazuta si o crestere solida a veniturilor.
  • Energie: companii care sunt capabile sa beneficieze de modificarile recente ale preturilor energiei, au randamente solide ale dividendelor si niveluri relativ scazute ale datoriei totale.
  • Utilitati: dividende bune si un raport scazut intre datorii si active; sector defensiv si actiuni defensive.

Fondul multi-active, cu un accent de investitii in Europa de Est, este administrat de ZB Invest Ltd. Pentru a-si atinge obiectivul, subfondul urmareste o alocare de multi-active constând in obligatiuni guvernamentale regionale si actiuni ale unor companii tip blue chip. Subfondul poate investi o parte mai mica a portofoliului sau in tari cu rating de credit mai scazut si in companii mai mici pentru a obtine randamente mai mari.
