onemarkets Amundi Flexible Income Fund isi propune sa ofere un randament sustenabil pe termen lung. Deoarece fondul nu urmeaza un indice de referinta fix, managementul fondului este flexibil in alocarea acestuia.

In acest fel, portofoliul multi-active este diversificat in mare masura intre actiuni, obligatiuni si active reale. Se vizeaza o distributie de 4% pe an.

  • Fondul urmeaza o strategie de investitii flexibila, bazata pe o analiza economica a celor mai atractive tipuri de active si regiuni geografice. Emitentii individuali sunt apoi analizati pentru a identifica titlurile care promit cele mai bune oportunitati de profit in raport cu riscul.
  • Veniturile sunt generate dintr-o varietate de active pentru a atinge obiectivul de rentabilitate. Mentinand in acelasi timp o alocare conservatoare a activelor, expunerea la fiecare clasa de active este ajustata in functie de mediul de piata actual pentru a atinge nivelul de venit vizat.
  • Fondul poate investi pana la 30% in active a caror valoare este legata de preturile bunurilor materiale (inclusiv imobiliare, infrastructura sau marfuri).
